We went to the Springville Art Museum "The Art of Play Exhibit". It was a fun, free, activity. They closed early the day we went though, I should have checked the time more closely! County fairs often have free concerts, there are a lot of other free cultural events to be found, but you have to plan ahead so you can get permission slips and drivers.
